(PLTM) - Flow responds to customer feedback and adjusts Flow Sports Promotion, so that customers do not need to opt out.

Flow have released a statement confirming that, following customer comments relating to an opt out promotion for Flow Sports, the promotion has been adjusted.

A recent message from Flow conveying the completion of the Free Slow Sports trial and reminding customers that they will need to contact them in order to opt out of the service was met with dissatisfaction by customers.

Tim Ringsdore, Managing Director of Flow, BVI commented, “We have received feedback from some of our customers and understand that they would prefer an opt in method for this promotion. We have taken the decision to adapt the promotion and will now contact any customers that are actively using the service directly to find out whether they would like to continue after the Free trial ends at the end of December. No other customers will be charged.”

Mr. Ringsdore added, “We are keen to improve relations with our customers, hence our quick response in taking corrective action in this case. We would like to apologise for any concern that this original promotion caused. Despite this, we are very happy by the uptake and the level of positive response from the customers who are enjoying their Premiership and NFL matches via Flow Sports.”

Flow Sports allows customers to view every Premier League match with high definition coverage on their smart device or computer. Flow broadband subscribers can stream the entire Premier League action match live online and ‘on the go’ for free until December 31st.

To enjoy the free trial, with no obligations visit website, www.flowsports.co, and stream any Premier league match or check out news, stats, team rankings and more insights from around the league.
