(PLTM) - Following Shiloh Cato’s nonappearance on January 13 at the Magistrate’s Court, Magistrate Ayanna Baptiste Dabreo issued a warrant for his arrest.
Cato was scheduled to update the court on his payment of a $1200 fine, imposed on him in October of last year, 2016.
The fine stemmed from an incident which occurred last July during the Territory’s Emancipation Festival celebration, where he was charged with using indecent language, resisting arrest and giving false information to police.
He was fined $400 for each penalty.
The court stipulated that if the fines were not paid by December 2016, Cato will be imprisoned for 30 days.
