Government Vehicle In Crash

(PLTM) - A government vehicle, suspected to be assigned to officers of the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force, was involved in a two vehicular crash earlier today, January 17 on the main road in Road Town, adjacent Digicel’s flagship store.

The black government jeep, bearing license plate GV 0613, was travelling towards the traffic lights at Craft Alive, while the other vehicle, a grey pick-up truck with license plate PE 223, was traveling in the direction of Vanterpool’s Pharmacy.

As result of the collision, traffic was redirected to nearby streets.

Officers were already on the scene when BVI Platinum News arrived.
