Woman Struck Down

(PLTM) - A woman was struck down this evening, January 18 in the area of the Elmore Stoutt High School (ESHS) in Road Town.
According to eyewitnesses, the woman, who had just completed night school, was crossing the road when the accident occurred, involving a Suzuki jeep.
She was rushed to the Peebles Hospital; however, the extent of her injuries are unknown at this time.
Police are currently on the scene.
