In the first segment, the girls hit the stage in swimwear designs of local swimsuit company, The Islander. The second segment saw them strutting the runway in signature pieces by Trefle.

In the final segment, which was the most anticipated, the contestants had the opportunity to showcase their artistic side, by designing and bringing to life their own piece.

This creative piece will also be worn on the night of the grand show, on August 6, at the Multi Purpose Sports Complex in Road Town. The winner of the swimsuit competition will also be announced on that evening.

As noted by Ms. Alicia Hamm, Chairperson of the show, the swimsuit appearance will not be judged on the night of the show.

She noted that the night will be one of excitement, adding that it’s going to be a very tough competition.
