(PLTM) - The Magistrate’s Court is looking for a new location to house its branch which is currently situated at Prospect Reef.
During recent hearings at the court’s location in John’s Hole, Road Town, Senior Magistrate Tamia Richards made mention of the move, noting that the location is unknown at this point.
BVI Platinum News understands that the court intends to shift its operations from Prospect Reef, before it reopens later this year in September.
Reasons of the move are unknown at this point.
Meanwhile, Senior Magistrate Richards is advising persons to stay tuned to local radio and news platforms for information as to the new location of the court.
Information Officer attached to the court, Ms. Colleen Penn told BVI Platinum News that no information can be provided on the matter at this point.
