(PLTM) - The Department of Disaster Management (DDM) has lifted the flash flood watch that was issued for the territory yesterday, amid heavy showers that caused flooding in some sections of Road Town.

The DDM says unstable weather is still expected to affect the territory, but forecasts stable conditions with partly cloudy skies as the day progresses.

During the heavy downpour yesterday, government offices and some businesses in Road Town closed early to allow workers to get home before the flood waters rose.
