Mobile services are approximately 90 percent pre-Irma capacity on the sister islands of Anegada and Virgin Gorda, while rebuild of the network continues on Jost Van Dyke and will improve once the power supply has been stabilised.

Country Manager, Colin MacDonald said, “We thank our residential and business customers for their patience as our teams have been working diligently to rebuild the network and restore fixed line and broadband services."

He continued, "We are pleased with the progress being made thus far, and we encourage residential and business customers in these locations to take advantage of Flow’s enhanced Triple Play Bundle packages that will soon offer unlimited broadband services, fixed lines and our evolutionary Flow TV.”

Customers and interested persons are invited to visit their nearest Flow Retail Store to make a reconnection or installation appointment with the Customer Experience Department, or email bvi-customerinquiry@cwc.com to set up an appointment.
