The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) is currently investigating the discovery of a dead man, who has since been identified as Arnold Wheatley, also known as Johnny Mack. The body was found in front his home at Paraquita Bay this morning, August 28.
A relative identified the deceased and explained to BVI Platinum News that the 73 year-old man fished for his livelihood and was living in a trailer-type building next to Rimmers Bar at Paraquita Bay, about 400 meters away from the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College.
The relative, who was on the scene, said that the man was out yesterday and complained of shortness of breath. According to the relative, a friend came to take him to the clinic shortly before 9:00 am, but when the friend arrived he found him lying in front of his dwelling.
"I was across the road and he [friend] asked me, how is he lying like that. I thought he looked dead so I told him [friend] he looks dead," the relative told BVI Platinum News.
According to the relative, Wheatley has three children and had been living at Paraquita Bay for some four years.
After Police concluded their initial investigations, the body was removed from the scene around 11:00 am.

I don't see what you are talking about. What I am seeing is the man who has the upper body section, trying to get a proper hold to lift him.
and begin again tomorrow. Life is so sacred.
