Contestant #3 Asha A.S. Hyndman was crowned Miss BVI 2026 following an evening of elegance, confidence and spirited competition at the Multi-Purpose Sports Complex on Sunday, August 2.
Hyndman captured the coveted title ahead of Contestant #1 Angelique Lettsome, who was named first runner-up, while Contestant #2 Kala Penn secured the second runner-up position.
As the new Miss BVI, Hyndman also earned the competition's top prize of an $80,000 four-year educational scholarship provided by the Ministry of Education, Youth Affairs and Sports.
She also won a 2027 Haval Jolion SUV alongside official pageant titles and local sponsorship awards.
The pageant formed part of the 2026 Virgin Islands Emancipation Festival celebrations.
