There has been another shooting in the capital of Road Town, leaving one man injured.

According to information, the victim was shot in the area of Horse Path, late Friday evening, February 16.

He is currently nursing injuries at the Peebles Hospital.

Details surrounding the circumstances which led to the shooting and the condition of the injured man are unknown at this time.

The shooting comes six days after two young men were gunned down execution style in Road Town, a short distance from the Road Town Police Station.

The men, Clevaughn Sweeney and Michael Stevens, came under fire in the wee hours last Saturday and were pronounced dead in the vehicle they were in at the time of the shooting.

Days before that deadly shooting, there were two reported shooting incidents where one man was injured.
