(PLTM) - The BVI Autism Centre continues to receive help in its rebuilding efforts with recent assistance from the Rotaract Club of Tortola.
The club assisted with scraping, priming and painting of the centre.
“Members of the Interact Club of St. George’s Secondary School assisted in the efforts. The center is near and dear to our hearts and has now reopened to continue providing services to those in need,” the club said.
Also, All Hands and Hearts is still in the BVI repairing and rebuilding the Autism Centre & Rainbow Children’s Home to get it back to full capacity by next month.
The BVI Autism Centre suffered significant damage during the passage of hurricane Irma in September of last year.
