Burglars Hit Nito's During Curfew

(PLTM) - Another business establishment has fallen victim to burglary, the third such incident reported in less than two weeks.

Police Information Officer Akia Thomas said Nito’s Food Van, situated in Road Town was burglarized on Monday, March 30 sometime after 4 pm.

BVI Platinum News, is not clear as to what items were stolen during the burglary.

“Police are actively investigating the matter. Anyone with information, please contact 311 or the Intelligence Unit at 368-9339,” she said.

“All information will be treated with the strictest confidence,” she added.

On Monday, the Sunshine Grocery store on Main Street was also burglarized during the day time hours.

On March 24, E & B Superette located in the Nanny Cay/ Hannah’s area was robbed by two armed men in green Kia Soul void of identification plates.
