Virgin Islander Shane Liburd Makes Int'l Acting Debut On S.W.A.T

(PLTM) - It was a proud moment for the Territory as Virgin Islander Shane Liburd, appeared on the renowned United States television series, S.W.A.T which was aired last evening, December 3 on CBS.

On last night's episode titled “Keep the Faith”, Shane played the role of James, a homeless male from the Caribbean.

Shane is a 2011 graduate of the Elmore Stoutt High School (ESHS) where he was Vice President and lead actor in the ESHS Drama Society. In 2013 Shane graduated from the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College where he co-started the HLSCC Society Drama Club of Thespians.

He’s a 2016 graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Los Angeles, California.

Shane is the son of Pastor Elroy Liburd and the grandson of Mrs. Lethelma Thomas.
