Alanah Chalwell of East End and Nyall Giovanni George of Old Plantation were remanded to prison in connection with last weekend's failed robbery at Chalwell Marina in East End.

Police stated that they were jointly charged with unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, obliterating or defacing identifying marks on firearm, and attempted abduction with intent.

"Their arrests are in relation to the firearm incident last Saturday near the Chalwell Marina in East End, where both George and another suspect received injuries."

Police stated that in this incident that could easily have resulted in even more injuries and possible deaths, both the community and police interceded, bringing about these successful arrests and the recovery of a loaded firearm.

Just Hope Police don't get nutty and arrest those who catch the thieves. That would be a big problem for People defending their property and a Boost for thieves to take what they want when they want.
