A Solemn Morning At HoA

(PLTM) - The atmosphere was solemn as the House of Assembly (HoA) gathered this morning, October 17, for the first time since the passing of Deputy Speaker and District Five Representative, Hon. Delores Christopher.
In her seat sat a purple ribbon, while a lily adorned her place among the legislators.
It was an emotional moment when Speaker of the House, Hon. Ingrid Moses-Scatliffe called for a moment of silence, later announcing a recess until next Tuesday, October 23.
Hon. Christopher reportedly passed away at her Mount Healthy home yesterday, following her battle with cancer.
