“He was granted $100,000 bail to return to the Magistrate’s court on 2nd July 2026,” police stated.
A Georges North Side resident was granted bail in connection with the shooting at a residential home on Virgin Gorda over the weekend.
According to Police, Foy, 51 was arrested and formally charged with Possession of a Firearm with Intent to Commit an Indictable Offence and Unlawful Possession of Explosives.
“He was granted $100,000 bail to return to the Magistrate’s court on 2nd July 2026,” police stated.
Following the incident, police stated that it occurred after midnight on Sunday, 17th May 2026.
At the time it was stated that preliminary investigations indicate that multiple shots were discharged at a residential property; however, no injuries were reported.
