Two businesses were reportedly destroyed after a fire ripped through a building on Virgin Gorda during the early hours of this morning, August 6.
The businesses affected by the fire are Game Over, a clothing store and Omar’s, a restaurant which was recently opened.
Up to the time of publication, no injuries had been reported. The cause of the fire remains unclear.
Videos showing the blaze have been widely shared on Facebook by residents, capturing the intensity of the fire as it engulfed the structure.
